The 'I Got Partnered with RPM' Thread

Yeah it's always good to avoid that. Apparently some games even technically do not allow some sounds to be put in your videos. -.- I am a bit blurry in that area so don't take my word for it. You need to create a background with a banner, then cutout the banner part to the best of your abilities, and then upload it to the image-mapper website. I can't post links here but I suggest looking up a recent tutorial. :)

Mhmm. I do not know if they have a new system. If you want, e-mail the support team. You will probably be able to start earning revenue from your videos though! :)
where is that tutorial?

It's kinda useless to make a banner for your old layout. Onechannel will be forced into you anyway.

And other companies specifically...
Activision
Rockstar Games
Ubisoft
etc

are a-holes in their new games. I always wait for 2-3months before playing the game since they will send me a warning.

I've only just signed up with RPM, but haven't been contacted about billing details yet.

That, I know will obviously take some time, as they mentioned in the email. Apart from that, the only thing i can do is wait until i'm contacted by a representative so i can't really say i have/don't have complaints until the partnership commences.

Yeah so many people do not realize that RPM has 2 contracts now. :O

"RPM accepts anyone now- but channels with less than 84 daily views will be offered a 2 year, 50%/50% contract. That contract is really bad. If you want, boost your views up to 84 views, then sign. I like RPM. I am partnered with their gaming sub-network. The thing is, RPM will probably be swamped in support with all the new partners." - From another one of my posts.
:)
RPM does gaming as well but they probably have sub-network more suited to your gaming needs KSGaming I take it or social blade.

What is KSGaming? Socialblade is not a network. They are just a referral service for RPM. They have one called, N4Gtv. I am partnered with them! You can message me if you want more information, but definitely check them out if you are planning to sign with RPM.

KSGN is sub-network of RPM and socialblade is network as in part and I am already partnered with rpm on my second channel working on getting my main channel with either KSGN or another network better suited to my main channel.

Just out of curiousity what kind of channel is the one you have with RPM and what kind is your main channel?

Oh woah. And no, SocialBlade is a referral program but on the socialblade website it lists partners who applied to RPM through the SocialBlade website as SocialBlade partners. :O

And are you even allowed to do that? I am pretty sure it says in the contract that any channel you create after signing the contract- the network has the right to claim it for partnership, or not claim it. (And you may not be able to join another network on a different channel if you are still in a partnership.) It's somewhere in the contract for RPM. :P
