Suggestion on Collaboration

Hello everyone. I'm thinking of approaching others to collaborate. But before I go further I want to know what are the things I should make sure I'm aware of and also what to avoid. If you can share your best practices that will be great. Thank you!

Usually since you want to collaborate with someone else, have an idea of what to do and propose it, that way they know what they are getting into. If they don't want to do it, but suggest something else, make sure its something suitable for you to do. Also if the content is going on your channel, make sure the video/collab you are doing is suitable for your current audience.
