Hey,
I just would like some advice, I just started a YouTube channel about 2 months ago and I only have 53 subs, most of which are sub for sub, I'm really struggling to get views and I've tried tons of tips and tutorials but nothing seems to be working. If anybody has any advice it would be great, I know it takes time but I was expecting to see a bit more growth in the time span of 2 months especially since I upload pretty often, and I just recently started uploading daily as well.

Hey your url isn't working so make sure you put the right stuff so people can click and check out your channel from here! Also gaining viewers and subscribers takes a long long time! Gaining 53 subs in 2 months is pretty good! I've been making videos for about a year and I have 11 subscribers! You need to just keep at it and make videos you enjoy making and improve yourself! Make sure you're tagging your videos well and the views will come in as well as people who want to stick around! Good luck!! :)

I'll give you my advice, don't do sub4sub. You won't know when you get a "real" subsriber over a "fake" one. It will just mess up your analytics.

Also, try out a new type of video. I'm a gaming channel but a while back i created a weird humorous video called I Love Lamps - Confession. It was just me sitting in front of the camera..confessing my love for lamps, quite weird lol. people loved it though

Hello and welcome to YTtalk. :)

Everyone wants more views. It's pretty much what the whole forum is about. Consequently, this question has been asked and answered hundreds of times already. Since the answers don't change, these threads get locked. :)

Here are some sections to check out (but there is no need to start a new thread):

http://yttalk.com/forums/strategies-technique-advice.14/
http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-tips-tutorials-help-guides.91/
http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-video-marketing-strategy-seo.88/

Also, please use the forum search: http://yttalk.com/search/?type=post

Active members looking for specific advice for their channel based on their existing channel or videos may ask for a review in the review forum. (http://yttalk.com/forums/reviews-channel-feedback.64/ ) The review forum is the only forum where our active members can ask for feedback on their videos and channel (including artwork). We like to keep that sort of thread out of the main forums. :) If the thread complies with the review forum rules (at the top of the review forum), then it will be approved by a member of staff.

Good luck.
