Should I spend 6+ hours editing

Ye I spend 3 to 6 hours editing. Usually have 10 to 20 files with scenes and retakes. Put all that in then jump cuts and perhaps rearrange sequence then music. So ye about that seems right for a 10 to 15 min video.
