This is my second video, and i posted the first one here for feedback, which i have now implemented partially, and i was looking for even more feedback. This is a good way for me to improve, as it gives me concrete goals i can aim for.

Stuff i improved (thanks to your feedback and suggestions!)
- Channel banner & icon added. Simplistic, but it's a start
- Bigger webcam image (but i think it needs to be even bigger)
- Reduced video time, but only by 5 minutes. Still a bit too long, but aiming for next video to be even shorter
- Fixed letterboxing (black bars in top and bot) so it should look nice now
Stuff i still need to improve that i am aware of:
- A bit shorter videos (15-19 min. is my goal)
- Bit bigger camera i think?
- Start on longer, chained series of 3-5 videos or more so i can do playlists
- Fire up social media (facebook and twitter)
- Intro clip
- Outtro clip with call-to-action (but i think i need a bit more videos in order to implement this properly)
Looking for any and all feedback on both my channel and my video. Got my first subscriber, so that is a start!
