Hi!

I don't think I'm tagging correctly. I go in-depth but not crazy on tagging because I don't want to my main source of traffic to be from something totally unrelated (low retention from that kind of traffic).

I try different thumbnails and titles but stay consistent with my branding throughout. I just need overall advice for my channel and see if there is something that I may be missing or just doing wrong?

If you're remaining consistent with your branding, that's good. It'll help people know what to look for if they want to see more of your work.

Check out Google Trends if you're struggling with tags. You can type in any topic and it'll tell you how popular it is in which countries, when it's most relevant and what similar topics are on the rise - so you can add those as tags because people are more likely to type that in and find your content.
