Request NEED BETTER GFX! (REVAMP)

Heyyalll! Its Cimannon here!
I'm a call of duty youtuber who just hit 1k subscribers today and I wanted to get better gfx on my channel. I can use photoshop but half the time I'm not too sure what I'm doing and i end up copying other peoples designs. I need a new and/or improved:

-banner
-profile picture
-outro card/ end screen.

By outro card/ end screen i mean how youtube now has the subscribe circle thingy. Its very cool and I want an outro card that highlights that. It would be very cool if the outro card could be moving like actually have effects but a still one is good too. I usually have one slot for a video/playlist and another 3 slots for my channel and other peoples channels. Idealy I wouldnt want this for free because I am very poor but I could discus a price if it were absolutely nescecary.

PLEASE HELP ME! I really want to revamp! let me know if you're interested and i will need to see samples of your works too! You guys can always check out my channel in order to see my style of videos if that helps with the Gfx.
