Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Assembly is different to actually looting etc.
I'm not defending him (couldn't give a toss either way) but there is a distinction, fortunately for him.

I think people like him don't care about getting a criminal record because they know they will never have to get a "proper" job in their lives.
