Hey friends, I'm having a bulit of trouble getting audience engagement. Nobody seems to want to comment, like and most importantly subscribe. Most of my traffic comes from people who are not subscribers (92%) so you can imagine getting these people to interact is one of my top priorities.

Some tactics I have tried:

-Pinning a question asked towards the audience reguarding the video.
-Asking viewers to like and subscribe at the end
-"Subscribe" watermark
-polls during videos

If anyone has advice on how to increase engagement I would really like to hear about it!

Did you remember to put pewdiepie in the title? lol but seriously you shouldn't expect everyone to subscribe if they found your channel now then they can easily come back in the future and see what your doing. The views and watch time is more important than some sub count. When you keep them engaged longer than they might respond.

Haha Thanks for the advice friend, I guess it's just a matter of getting that initial first 10 or so videos that people binge on.
