Is Union For Gamers (Curse) Really What It Seems? 90/10 Split?

Calm down. He is the only guy on support, give it some time. I am sure he will get back to you and help you out

Yeah I know that Nick is the only dude in their support. But there was no reason to delete all replies in topic. There was 2 another partners who mentioned analytics earnings in their replies (one guy can't see earnings since he partnered 2 months ago). And now thread is empty and locked. Kinda childish and unnecessary action.

Oh well, I was OK when estimated earnings were disabled after switching from monetization to their network. But then asked on their forum if it's possible to see earnings somewhere and they told that it takes about a week until they are visible. Then even got reply via email and still no effect.

He was gone for a week or so, because Nick went to comic con from my understanding. If you don't like it, why don't you just leave? It is a no lock in contract. I do agree that they need to get the estimated earnings thing sorted out, and they need at least one more person to work as support for their 500+ partners.[DOUBLEPOST=1374628287,1374628242][/DOUBLEPOST]
I would dearly like to read a Curse contract. Moving away from $3 fixed CPM was done because they were bleeding money, so I'm curious to try to figure out how an average $5 CPM could have them doing better.
the contract is on the Union for Gamers website. You can see it.

Unnessesay actions are when people make such topics "hot" by keep bambarding with forum posts and complaining (its not the first similar topic there i seen that was locked) and from the side looks like its something terrible happening with the network. I believe such topics are locked to prevent unnessesary stressfull mood. You can always deal with it directly with support by emailing them

Have you seen replies in that sticky thread? No spam, no complains. Quite the opposite - I thanked him for information about 1 week analytics delay. If it's so easy to enable analytics like he says - why he is acting like an ignorant *******? With such "support", it would be better for him to just say "You can't see your earnings, deal with it"

Yes, we dealt with that on page two of this thread.

As to Curse having only one person on support staff for the forum, I fail to see how that's the partners problem. There's no excuse for a network of their size to have such limited support staff.

Enabling Adsense for the channel that has not been presently linked to channel owners Adsense is one thing - it can be done within a day or so (personal experience)
Another thing if you had your Adsense linked and they need to swap their Adsense with yours - it can take up to 2 weeks (not a personal experience, this is just what i heard, not sure though about how long it really takes but for sure its not that fast as for the channel with presently non-linked Adsense) - here can be all that delay because of that maybe with your Earnings tab on your channel.

It just my guess, but i would give it some time, a couple of days or so at least.[DOUBLEPOST=1374685148,1374681346][/DOUBLEPOST]

Well, if 1 Network partner manager can reply in timely manner (lets say within 24 hours) to all partners requests, then not a big difference if there is 1 or 100 of workers serving the partners.

We all seen complains on this forum from different partners about different Networks, also about reputable and established Networks too, that some of the partnered channel owners do not receive continuous replies, when another partners says they have a great support being on the same Network. So the reason probably lays somewhere else... from some stories here on YTtalk feels like much impatient, demanding and unhappy partners usually becoming ignored by the Network managers after some time.

I am with them and I can't see my earnings, but I don't complain cause they are working as well on the new dashboard and that takes times. Also he has other things to do as well, like dealing with a lot of new people that are joining in lately. Like the others said, if you don't like it then why don't you just leave? It's a no-lock in network after all.

Apparently this partner manager can't. There's no excuse for support requests not being at least acknowledged by reply within 24 hours. Of course some things take longer to actually resolve but that's part of supports job, to educate the client on how long things take.

Networks seem to enjoy the fire and forget method of partnership. Especially with the requirements of many being lowered so they jump in membership by thousands... I feel no sympathy for the network that doesn't hire enough people to keep up.

So he has other things to do because Curse lowered their requirements and are making a ton more money on all the new channels but haven't hired more support staff. And you're ok with having sub-optimal service because of this?
