Is Union For Gamers (Curse) Really What It Seems? 90/10 Split?

It was a fixed $3 CPM, not anymore. They changed it a while ago to a 90/10 rev-share. All new partners are put on that and I believe old ones who are on the $3 CPM will be phased out.

Oh right okay thanks for letting me know

They are a legit network. I am partnered with them!! Their CPM average is about 5 and they have a 90/10 gross split. They are a solid network. I strongly recommend them

I am also very interested in Curse. My question is this though. If they are so great, then why do you not see many large gamers in Curse? They have under 1k partners. If they were such a great network, they would have more (I would think).

I wondered that myself. I believe its because they have high requirements. By the time you 1k subs, most people are already locked in with some network... But i can guarantee you that they are a very open network, there is nothing shady about them

Union for Gamers offered split 90/10 was just recent (somewhere earlier this year i think). And many big gamers are stuck with the yearly or few years contracts in another Networks. Thats pretty much one of a very real reason i think why there arent so many gamers there yet.

Another thing - not all big gamers are unhappy with their present Networks they are partnering. If they have negotiated same split (90/10) in their present Networks, or ngotiated another good benefits, and also they get used to their Network and its support, they probably do not feel need to jump elsewhere.[DOUBLEPOST=1374488795,1374488703][/DOUBLEPOST]

I think so too :)

They just changed some stuff about them. They changed the $3CPM to 90/10. You will make more money off the 90/10. Also, I heard there isn't too much of a problem if you do want to leave.

Also, they used to be at least 5k subs, they changed to 1k a couple months ago.

I am a new channel, and I have spent probably over 50 hours looking into networks lately. I have gotten contacted by pretty much any network you can think of(Except large ones) but I think I'm going to wait until I reach 1000 subs and try and join UFG. Even if I start off with them, I could leave at anytime if I got really big, but I hear a lot of people don't leave once they join.

Don't quote my on any of this, this is just information I have gathered with my research.

What about estimated earnings in analytics? Can you see them?
Their "youtube manager" said yes. But after he replied to my email with words

"Hello
Your estimated earnings should be enabled now. Please let me know if this isn't the case.
Thank you! "

Youtube still not showing estimated earnings.

I would dearly like to read a Curse contract. Moving away from $3 fixed CPM was done because they were bleeding money, so I'm curious to try to figure out how an average $5 CPM could have them doing better.

Mine works fine. Ask him again, hes really nice and he will help you fix your problem[DOUBLEPOST=1374606964,1374606900][/DOUBLEPOST]

Other than some language issues (Not proof read very well) it's actually a very fair contract. Nothing really stands out as "run to the hills" material.
