Is sub for sub good?

no x100 - this is pretty obvious. dead subs/inactivate subs will HURT your channel. Don't listen to anyone who says view/subs help. YouTube isn't STUPID. They take into account the watch/view time of your current subs into their algorithm of how your channel is doing -as well as actual watch time.
 
No, they will just be inactive, it doesn't matter how many subs you have if they don't even click on your video.
