I see you've utilized social media, which is great. (I use an app that shows where and how videos have been shared.) If I may ask, which social media helped you the most?
Your thumbnails need a little work. For you, try to aim for simplicity, but make them bright and try to keep them organized in a similar fashion.
USE THOSE TAGS DUDE, WITHOUT THEM YOU WILL NOT GAIN NEARLY AS MUCH TRAFFIC.
Overall, you have a great channel, great quality, and should be successful... but one thing is in the way:
CONSISTENCY!
Be consistent with uploads and you will be able to grow tremendously.

I believe Twitter and Google Plus have given me the most help. I've used Facebook, but there have been more phantom views than people liking the page so far.

I am gonna look into tags, because I just don't get how to tag properly. There is so much conflicting information out there.

But, I really appreciate it. And you're right. I need to upload more often.
