Just that we all have subjective experiences - there's no way for me to demonstrate that the color I see as "red" is the same as your "red". In this way, we're very much alone. Not even the closest person to you knows what life is like from behind your eyes. A lot of art is based off of this idea - of trying to share things that we're ultimately unable to.
