I can never become a partner?

Norwegian currency is an available selection on the Fullscreen dashboard so it's likely they can partner you. I can call my partner manager in a few hours when the office opens to confirm.

Just change in your channel to poland or uk and you will be fine as me :) (Because in Lithuania monetization iant avaible too.)

That's illegal. It's not YT policy specifically, but the country you live in. Actually a bit of both, but still, don't do it. You could get into some serious trouble that way. If you're making money illegally you could technically go to jail or get your YouTube account closed.

So, that means they are accepting norwegian channels? They should know that norwegians can't monetize, right?

Go with socialblade ,its worldwide and lowest requirements. But you need 2.5k views a month
Yes, I'm just thinking about when I get bigger. I'm not big enough for partnership yet, but if/when I do, I want to be partnered.
