How do you add links on the channel banner?

I don't get that option to edit channel art.

Kamikaze: I've tried the links but I can't reach the page that your screenshot is showing.

Are you on a mobile device when you try? I don't think they show on mobile unless you are viewing the youtube website on a browser and as a desktop. There is also a youtube creator studio app that might have those features show up if you are on mobile
