Does DEDICATION Guarantee YouTube Success?

You believe that luck is a core factor to YouTube success?
I think you can position yourself to be lucky if you're ready and working, but yes you do have to be lucky at least once in a while. A video can be a viral hit if it's timed just right with the national mood. The exact same video a year later or sooner might go nowhere.

Im sorry to say but no. Dedication does not equal success.
Quality of content will equal success in the long run.

Say you could devote 30hrs a week and post videos all the time but the quality is bad and the content is uninteresting. Sure just by the sheer number of video you will get some subs but then a person that comes along and uploads once a month but is really charismatic or has really well planned interesting videos just uploads and crushes it.

No, otherwise I would have had 100K subscribers already. You either got it or you don't. 99.9% don't, and you will have come to terms that you will probably be one of them. But one thing is for sure, if you don't create quality content you will never even get off the ground, let alone get on the road to 100K.

It is a dream of mine, but usually you are either there within a few months or you'll never get there. I am living proof of that at 3.9K subscribers after 3+ years.

Nothing guarantees YouTube success.
But consistency and dedication will get you a hell of a lot closer than almost anything else.

Being lucky is just one thing. Working hard to get where you want to be, feels so much more better. All the blood and sweat you put into learning and achieving success, has more of a appreciative standing. Things become much more easy when you are tough in experience and knowledge. That's the real key to success.

Don't think about growth within your channel, its the growth within yourself.

You can be dedicated and still make s****y content.
Just saying lol

If you are dedicated, make great content and stuff like that I'm sure you will succeed.

Dedication being years committed would be the answer. I would say quality, but there's are many low quality videos that still have a lot of likes and subs. Maybe it's personality?

Quality of content + that dedication. Always gotta be coming up with fresher concepts for the viewers to watch
