Yeah I think there was some features that unlocked at 100 and 1,000 before, but I think they are just standard now. I think having a custom URL was one of them.
Does after reaching 100 subs youtube gain you more traffic?

I'm not sure about sub numbers but I've read that once you hit 1,000 minutes of watch time, YouTube promotes you a lot more and your videos show up more for viewers to watch.

No I hit 100 like a year and an half ago, and I'm at 500. That can be blamed on me for not uploading, but I never saw a huge spike after i hit 100 in views
