You should. They are discoverable in search. I guess aim for a paragraph. You can put in the video title names in the description, make it kw dense. Something like:
"this is my playlist of blah blah blah and blah blah blah and blah blah blah and blah blah blah(kws and longtails).... The following are the videos in it:
v1 title
v2 title
...
v10 title"
This will make the description kw rich. Translate it into the top 10 languages your channel gets traffic from (use translate.google.com), and sit back and watch the views roll in.
