Copyright strike by youtube user for an "idea"

Didn't read the strike notification eh? It tells you how you can dispute it. There's nothing any of us can do to help you.
 
This sounds extremely far fetched but weirder stuff has happened. Show us your channel and the video which was taken down for said "idea".
 
An idea cannot be copyrighted. Only actual works can be copyrighted. I think you should first dispute, then if possible contact YouTube directly and inform them that they are allowing this creator to write his own version of copyright law, which in and of itself is illegal.
 
Counter notification accepted the 13th february, still waiting to get my videos back.....
