Absolutely
First of all, you need to pick a series to stick with and stick with it. I looked at your videos and all I see is a bunch of stuff. Not really in a series. It's either that or you have too many series. You usually want to have one main series on which you focus the most, then 1-2 smaller series that you do once a week or sometimes. Hope that makes sense. Since both of your channels are about gameplay you might want to combine them. That way you don't overreach yourself.
Now I want to talk about your branding. Your letters are a bit dark, you might want to find someway to brighten them up a bit.
I'd suggest also changing your icon to this:
The Boss
Man
In other words put "The" and "Boss" on the top and "Man" justified under neath it.
For your banner you should take advantage of the space in the banner and make your letters long length-wise:
Like this "The Boss Man" on one line. Instead of how you have it like this:

Moving on to your thumbnails. You seriously need to do a better job. Have more text in your thumbnails and use the same font as what is in the icon and banner.
Also, get a better watermark.
You also need to improve your titles. Make them shorter and capitalize more of the words in them. For example: for your "
Just The Bossman playing rat golf, nothing new. Far Cry Primal ep2"
Change it something like "The Bossman Plays Far Cry Primal: Ep 2 I'm the inventor of Rat Golf"
Then try to have better grammar in your description. Don't have your beg for over 100 subs first either. You should have the actual desc of your video first then the request for subs, though I'd personally ask for subs in the video.

You don't need to edit your snowboarding videos as much as you do. Personally I prefer to see your entire run. You might want to add a watermark. Besides that you're good. Beware though, your kind of channel won't attract subs very quickly.
hey i wanted to know what people think about my youtube channel. cause i know its bad and such but i been using my ps4 to record my gameplay on it as its all i have to do anything like that atm.
just i dont know how or what to use to edit my videos, as i'm unsure how to takes my videos already uploaded to youtube off it and edit it.

You have Playstation Plus, Correct? You might want to switch to being a streaming channel instead of a recording and posting channel. It's a ton easier.
For your icon on your channel you are going to want to center the wolf if at all possible. Your are also going to want to brighten it so we can see the wolf outline easier. Only brighten it a tad bit though, you on't want to wreck it. It's good base art though.
I personally prefer the banner image called "THOWG Banner2.jpg". Make sure it utilizes a good deal of banner space and isn't obscured by your icon.
For improving your equipment, start off by buying a mic, if you want you can give me a budget and I can recommend one. You usually don't want your subs showing. You mispelled Stupid in your "

Your thumbnails aren't the superest duperest. You may want to improve on those.
