15 videos uploaded. Barely 300 views total. 7 subscribers. Enthusiasm dying.

I have 15 videos uploaded, most of which I have put a lot of heart and effort into. In total, I've barely reached over 300 views, and only have 7 subscribers. And many of the small amount of comments I have are people either asking me to sub for sub or to check out their music.

My enthusiasm to keep trying to gain an audience is dying. With the amount of time I can afford to try out youtube, nothing seems to come of it. I know people keep saying to just keep trying and upload frequently, but my heart is telling me it just all comes down to luck and I should put this focus elsewhere.

I don't know. I suppose I'm asking for some advice on how to keep pushing when it seems like it's hopeless.

You can always just make a bunch of alt accounts and subscribe to yourself. Try rewatching videos and refreshing every time. Usually, the view count goes up but I'm not sure if they have patched that or not. Some questions you should ask yourself include: Is this quality content? Am I doing the best I can at making videos? Did I use proper and correct grammar and punctuation? Did I spell everything right? Ask yourself these questions whenever you have time to ponder about them.

Everyone wants more subs and views but unfortunately these threads don't achieve anything constructive.

If someone doesn't enjoy YouTube, then yes maybe they should quit. Why would anyone do something they don't enjoy?
