I'm with TGN, and so far I can't get them to send me my payment. It's really frustrating. I've heard some good things about Fullscreen. Socialblade and subnetworks like Creator X tend to be ideal for new, small channels if you want them partnered. Maker is normally reserved for only large channels, and I'd avoid Machinima, as they are known for presenting manipulative contracts and locking in their partners, not allowing them to leave.

Seriously? Why arent they sending you a payment? is there some restriction to your paypal account or wtf? :(

What can you actually get from those sub networks taht can help your channel grow besides Custom Thumbnails, banner, etc.?

They're supposed to send payments to your paypal, but they just haven't. I don't know why, and I can't get a straight answer from them. They've told me they're working on it, but I'm losing my patience. I'm considering leaving them if this doesn't get resolved soon.

As for benefits, they're the same for every network: ads, thumbnails, banners, the whole nine yards. As for growing, most networks don't really do anything like that. TGN doesn't, and I know from pepole involved that Fullscreen doesn't either. Maker and Machinima also don't. Socialblade features you on their site, but that doesn't do a ton to help. It's mostly just to have a platform for making money from your videos, that's all.

Oh i see, i get it now ! so its practically "we give you the tools but you gotta do all the work". isnt it?

Still is great though being able to monetize..

I havent decided what network to apply for. Ive got some friends at Fullscreen and they are quite happy.

Yeah, I can get that. If I do leave TGN, I'll probably consider going to Fullscreen. That would make sense to me.

Creator X Network (which is under Full screen). I put 'other' because it is other, even under that umbrella. I love Creator X Network. Not so sure on Fullscreen.
YES! We're going to go ahead and assume all "other" votes are for us! haha

not sure what u are saying homes .....they are one and the same surely ......
Fullscreen provides our backend (payments, infrastructure, etc), but we're autonomous in a lot of ways. Extra support, distinct community, etc, etc... in addition to the normal Fullscreen partnership benefits.

now that youtube is rolling out partner features to more people, the benefits from networks seem to be dwindling :/

Bryant i'm not sure your right on that one mate .......collab opps / good royalty free music for musicians ie cover artists / blog exposure .........the list goes on ....creator x would u agree and perhaps u could share some of things other than the norm u bring 2 the table

that's true. but from what I understand, a lot of it seems to be user-driven, meaning you still have to reach out to others to do the collabs. To me, a big draw was the added fact that you got all those cool features (banners, subscribe button thingy, etc.). Of course, I need to do more research on this, but that's what it looks like to me. I will admit that having that community can be good, which is a big draw for me, personally. I'm not too sure what kinds of exposure opportunities are given, so I will have to look into that too.

I guess it also depends on what type of youtuber you are too.

But by dwindling, I meant there are less benefits than before because youtube is rolling out those partner features. I'm not saying that networks are less favorable than just plain youtube partnership/adsense (the default). I'm saying that networks now might be slightly less favorable compared to networks a few months ago.
