Twitter Promotion Starter Guide

These are very helpful tips for everyone wanting to use Twitter to help their YT channel. I also find these tips a great amount of information to follow by thank you pal :)
 
Some very useful tips there, thank you. I engage with a few youtubers on there that follow me daily, and a few game developers, but just interacting with these isnt such a good thing, like you said, you need to interact with the general populous, not just the creators.
 
This may have been already covered, so sorry if I'm rehashing this.

How important are hashtags when it comes to twitter? It is more beneficial to use hashtags that are relevant to your video? Or should someone make the bold move of using something that is "trending", even if it has nothing in relation to the video?

I'm a facebook beast. But twitter is a grey area for me. haha
 
I have so much trouble remembering to do this every day, idk why but I just never remember to talk to people on twitter lol
 
Is it worthwhile to use trending hashtags, even if they have nothing to do with what you are personally posting about?
