The smart dingus guide to Reddit.

I've never really understood Reddit to be completely honest, and this could work but I am hesitant to try it.

so mr uber im over 100 subscribers but im to scared to submit my content to reddit. i dont want dislikes on my videos and get trolls like i did before in the past.

I've posted videos to Reddit and it hasn't gotten me anything. According to analytics, most of my views are from YouTube suggested videos, and I'm not sure how that happens.

No matter how many likes my videos get, I keep thinking people will be like "This is fuckin s**t, mate!". I guess I'll just put up a really good video then try it.

Don't listen to the haters. Make the kind of videos you would like to see. Make what you wish someone else would make if they had the talent and daring. Be Your Own Biggest Fan. Don't doubt yourself for one minute. It sounds like a pep talk, I know, but people treat you the way you treat yourself.

Hey Uber, I use Reddit but have never had much luck with my own vids; usually only 3-8 upvotes. Have you really had luck with sending FB messages to your friends asking them to go find your video in the subreddit and upvote it? Seems like it could be a lot of hassle for them. I want to try this strategy, but I'm not sure exactly how to go about asking people without sounding like I'm spamming my friends. Any advice?
