These are all my opinions, I’m going to try and be honest so I can help you improve. Take what I say with a pinch of salt!
First Impressions
- Good channel art, gives a sense of the channel having multiple people
- Your logo is missing the text on either side but no great issue
- You’ve setup playlists which is a good idea, with recent uploads at the top
- Scary Games Montage starts playing
- You’ve cut the video into the more interesting bits, easier to watch
- Added the text at perfect timing, good idea
- Volume and quality are both good
- 1080p which is even better
- You even added links to the videos which is a great idea, not seen that before in that
detail
- You’ve got some good commentary aswell
- Title and description are both good
Positives
- Very good channel art, clean and simple. Attracts the eye
- Making use of playlists as you have is a great idea
- Creating montages of clips like that is a great way to attract people and keep interest
- The text adds to the video (check improvements)
- 1080p is awesome, great to have that quality option
- Your description as said above is really good, neat idea to use time indexes like that
- Commentary was good and fluent
- Title was good and had relevant details
Improvements below…
I don’t think personally you need to put text for every word, often too much text on the
screen can be distracting. Maybe just focus it to the certain sections of clips were it
will have the most effect. Like just before the screaming bits, not while your generally
talking
- I also glanced at a few of your Xbox Minecraft videos, try to work on the volume levels
for that series. It was hard to hear some people, so maybe try to get them close to
their mics, or check the volume levels before recording?
- There’s also some background noise on your Animal Crafting video, if possible record
that in a separate program and try to remove it with Audacity (free program) or try to
prevent some of the banging that could be heard in places like on Animal Crafting
Part 8 at 1:00.
Notes
- Overall this was hard to pick faults, you’ve got a good channel and are doing all the right
things to grow. Just work on those audio levels and it will be even better
