RPM's new partner requirements

And this is why I won't be joining networks that have a lot of members and go with a network that focuses on a small group of people like BigFrame and Collective.

They should have actually made a new division, like how fullscreen did with creator x. And that division would only accept low view channels. That way RPM maintains it's exclusiveness.

That is exactly what RPM is, Maker Studios created RPM to accept low view channels, to help them grow. But, not views that only require a week to earn.

So now that RPM took this step, I can see other networks similar to them doing this too.
Say goodbye to youtube partnership, everything is turning to s**t ever since the new onechannel thing, it's just been getting worse.
Never thought I'd actually see the day when I stop going on Youtube, I've even stopped making videos myself.
Ehh, I need some sort of an inspiration :([DOUBLEPOST=1365170488,1365170409][/DOUBLEPOST]

Actually, an hour to earn.
I just made a new channel and uploaded 1 video which got me 30 views and I told my friends to sub which got me under 20 subs, partnered with RPM.

I'm glad I have the 60/40 with RPM. Because the new contract kinda sucks and people really don't have to do anything anymore to get a partnership. Sometimes I just wanna quit youtube because of that, but I think making videos is too much fun. I don't watch youtube.

I don't use custom thumbnails anymore and don't even claim my videos (most are claimed by 3rd party).

It's just a shame people with 30 views can become partner and think they really earned it.

Just an FYI folks I am gonna name this thread 'RPM's new partner requirements', so people can post here rather than make a new thread if they wanna talk about it :) as you were! :D hehe

I am partnered with RPM, and at the moment I couldn't be happier. I worked my a** off for a month to get my daily views high enough and s**t man, it's worth it. But at the same time, I wish that RPM would look back on realize that the new requirements will be a downfall for the network.

I don't see why. Their standards may have dropped for new partners, but it doesn't mean they've become a scam operation. Your views or channel rep won't drop because of it. :)

CPM's and partner support may drop in quality vastly though.
