New silver and gold play buttons

I like them both. In fact I should get on to them soon asking where mine is.
 
I just learn that YouTube change the design to their sliver and gold play button and made a hashtag #YoutubeCreatorAwards it make me want to keep on moving because some people who know me think i'm doing this to get viral and make money but i want to make videos i like and make people happy who enjoys watching them and i hope anyone who starting YouTube or have did it for years and not that many subscribers to never give up keep on trying if i ever give up 2 years ago i wouldn't make it to almost 10k subs.

I like the look of it a lot.

BUT, I think it will just make the old style more desired. "Oh, you reached xzy back then?"
 
I like the new design. I'm hoping to reach 100k in a few months. I'll have to make sure I don't have any copyright strikes during that time. Hopefully my content won't be too scary for them.
 
I have watched an unboxing of those awards once.
Ending up to wonder why on earth did i do that.
Ok. This was an irrelevant comment.
It is kind of sad that people do all this effort
to get one of those and some not sure income from YT
vs
Spending the same time and effort to get a degree.

The real question might be,
Would you prefer a youtube award over your desk or a phd?
Either times are changing either i am getting older...
