Amazon has the blue yeti pretty heavily discounted right now for black friday. Anyone looking for a deal should check it out!

I use a 2- Samson Meteor Mic.
It's good, I used it for my recent video. The only s**t thing about it, is that it records EVERYTHING.

The microphone which I am having
Proaim microphone windshield

This microphone is the only solution for recording or shooting videos, interviews in crowd area.

The quality is pretty built and price is low. It came with windshield which avoid the wind noise and provides clear sound.

Microphone is decently light and works well with no noise. I've used it on set nearly everyday for a year and it has held up.
Nice quality, keeps the mic steady inside it. But did I really pay that much for a windscreen? Good thing it'll last me a long time.

Does anyone have any recommendations for clip on microphones? Similar to what Tim from Video Creators uses? I was originally using the Yeti for dual comms but when it comes to gaming it's not as ideal for the setup/seating positions. And yes I've already tried to make sure we sit as close as 2 full grown men could possibly sit without it being awkard. lol I'm considering a shock mount & windscreen for the Yeti which I think the Shock Mount MAY help if I can position the Yeti infront of us instead of inbetween but I'd still like some suggestions on clip on microphones, the 1s Tim uses are like $1,000 though, I don't need it to be THAT fancy but if it has similar quality to the Yeti that'd be fine, even a headset style microphone without the ear cups if possible?

If you're starting off on Youtube and want a good mic, I would recommend a Blue Snowball.
Buy one off Ebay though, you'll save a lot of money[DOUBLEPOST=1417988443,1417984803][/DOUBLEPOST]I use a Blue Snowball
It's so annoying when fraps records with my laptops mic instead so I have to record again

what a great thread i use a blue yeti for my videos only had it like 2 months, i used my px22 before and they was really bad so i had to upgrade if i wanted to take youtube serious, great thread though

I'm looking for fairly cheap microphone, that I'll be using for graphic tutorials.
Do you have any recommendations?
