How to get out of a contract with a s****y company.

My contract is 2years.

2 years should be the longest you ever sign for a network.

If it's longer then that there are better options out there.

RPM - 1 Year
Fullscreen (Me) - 2 Years
Maker (Except RPM) - 2 Years
Machinima Affiliate - s**t long time
Machinima Partner - 1-3 Years

Of course they fluxuate as they offer different things to different people.
Depends, the smaller Vultra partners are on 3 year contract and I think that`s a good deal for what they get in return.

I bet anyone .. especially a kid could get out of their contracts... You just need to lawyer up.. but who has 5-20K to waste on a lawyer...

waw ... simply waw ... but btw guis i wana ask you since you obviosly know more then me ... if you sign any contract with a network does that mean that in your work history is gona state that you are now a independend ... am ... a freelance ?
Being with a network counts as being self-employed.

Nah, some 20k subs guy took legal action against Machinima`s never ending contracts, but had really no ground.
The guy was only eventually released when AtheneWins starting making a fuss about it.

Yeah, 3 years is border line for what I personally think is acceptable.

But either way, I'd rather wait and get with a good network with a decent contract then partner right away with a sub network like vultra.

Vultra isn`t a sub-network.... It`s one of 4 consumer Networks owned by BentPixels ;)
