How to get out of a contract with a s****y company.

But I def was not informed of 5 years anything. I have asked them for a copy of the contract and yes Machinima has given me a contract length I am interested in. Thats why I want to be with them.

Was it embedded into a web page of theirs? Ask for them to send you the contract they have with you.

I dont really get how you dont remeber signing with them but you have a banner (didnt you even question how you got it?) and the Acifin logo in your banner.

there is no such thing as a verbal contract.

No.... He`s partnered with Acifin, It`s machinima he has an issue with plus there is no such thing as a verbal contract.

If you customized your banner then you must have signed a contract.

So many people have these same issues.. My advice for non partners who are looking to get partnered.. Dont jump in bed with the first network willing to partner you... Do your research... Having a banner is not that dang important..
