Well they do. They are one of the more known companies to encourage some one spreading their material and making money as well. Hence all the streams and youtube videos from Blizzards games.

You are not allowed for someone to pay you to watch Blizzard created material.

Their only standpoints is that you arent allowed to monetize their trailers and/or force someone to pay a fee.

googling the answer and emailing. theirs a huge difference and i rather get the answer from the company than someone who's a fanboy (not saying you are i mean from searching on the net).

Yes, you can appeal it once again but wait until they respond to your emails as the next appeal process can involve strikes if they denied it.

Technically you don't know that as they haven't mentioned it. so once i get the email then everything should be clear.
