you cannot do that. people who say that they can are only trying to get you in trouble. the only way to monetize your videos is to make it your own by adding your own text, commentary etc. you cannot leave it the way it is. this is why you keep getting strikes.

I know that there are some developers that such as Blizzard, Mojang and Riot that doesnt care at all aslong as you use their name in the description.

What I meant is that the only valid legal commitment is a signed contract if someone disputes you.

Blizzard says on their video policy page that you cannot monetize their videos without written permission. plus i know what you mean and some times i have had problems and all i needed was a URL and they let it pass.

well i had this problem with music and i had to put my license in my description on my old videos. you have to find your way around and "research" that's my lesson to you and i hope you add commentary to your videos. if you don't do something quick you will have your account terminated.
