Hi everyone
There is a network called Collab keep claiming my videos. The claims are false and of course I disputed the claims. After 30 minutes they rejected my dispute and that really made me angry. I emailed them but no response. They claim videos that they don't own and I have permission to use and on top of that they reject the dispute.
How can I solve this?? I do not upload gameplays without permission from the game publishers.

I have seen a couple of your videos and you have no commentary. you cannot monetize a game without your own commentary.

I already said, I have permission from the game publishers. I know what I'm doing.
you obviously dont understand then. if you upload and make money from games then that practically stealing. please read youtubes policies etc. before uploading gaming content and also youtube is making it harder on gamers now so check the rules.

Before I started my channel I did a 3 months research on "No Commentary Gaming Channels" If you have permission from the publishers you can upload them.

Actually. The only valid way to prove that is to have a written contract. An e-mail isnt enough,
there is another way also. garrys mod and valve games have a statement saying that youtubers can monetize these videos. so you would have to share the url in the claims.[DOUBLEPOST=1389658882,1389658812][/DOUBLEPOST]

you cannot do that. people who say that they can are only trying to get you in trouble. the only way to monetize your videos is to make it your own by adding your own text, commentary etc. you cannot leave it the way it is. this is why you keep getting strikes.
