Evidence For Increased CPM With Networks?

Your CPM is actually quite good given that it's Adsense.

If you're in the couple million views per month range, you should be able to work out cross promo deals to upload a few videos to a major hub channel owned by whatever network you choose.

Thing is, unless you're having troubles, why partner your channel? I can see it if you're getting a bunch of Adsense denials with game videos and want to stop that. But outside of that and some cross promotional opportunities, it's entirely possible your CPM wouldn't change by enough to cover the percentage taken by the network.

Well I also want to avoid having my existing CPM associated with my channel, often the opening pitch by partner scouts is to try and dazzle me with a CPM. It's usually below my existing one. What stats would you need? 70k subs, 80k views/day.

Anyway, copyright has not been an issue, it's mostly indie games and the indie game devs come to me with games to features.
I am unable to view your reply via your profile because it seems the settings are set-up for only certain people to view. Feel free to post the reply via my page or allow me to view it via yours if possible. Thanks

At the moment, gaming channels might not seem interesting to the networks.

Audience demographics (especially language) and content are especially relevant.

Looks fairly normal for gaming. I sent you a PM with a bit more about myself if you haven't seen it yet.

As for remaining anonymous, I did the same thing when I first came here. Totally understand where you are coming from, however I will say it really doesn't matter as people have no advantage knowing who you are (lots of channels out there, after all) however if you want to remain anonymous, especially in public, I'll respect that.

Yep I saw your message, can't reply obviously because of forum restrictions.

As for unanonymzing, since I can't change my name I'd have to create a different account. Tarmack already figured out who I am from my e-mail address I presume.

Comment on Michael's wall and he can change your display name. That is what I did.

Username + Google. :p That and I was familiar with the channel.

Flammy is right though. Very few networks will actually put any real guarantee behind their CPM rates. It's all based on averages and with an Adsense CPM north of $10, after the YouTube cut it still north of $5 paid which is good. Network would have to show north of $6 after split or make up for it with some pretty sweet side services.
