Common issues that keep you under 1,000 subscribers

Tim has some great points. We've began our channel about 2 months ago. It's a slow build and we're constantly striving to do better. I continue to watch and interact with people. But it's not an open forum for vloggers. Vloggers really need a following elsewhere to gain some traction. But creating some tutorials, tips, tricks, life hacks, and other popular genre's are a super big booster. Still exploring what we want to do but as we continue on we are doing what we do because we love it. Not to gain a bazillion followers and make gobs of money. Although those are perks I just love making videos.
 
Hey Tim! I am finding some channel who can collab with me. All famous channel owners are ignoring the small channel but I am still trying to get that channel owner who can promote my channel and yes, ofcourse I will give all thanks to him/her. I am really good guy. I messaged all from small to big channel owners but still no any results. So can you give me some advice or channels name which can collab with me or give advice to me? and I am not ignoring you, if you can do that then also it will be great help from you.

Thanks for the tips Tim, I've been a YouTuber for a while but just as a viewer but now I'm being a creator and I'm new here so saying hi.

This is true, I think luck has a big part to play but the more good quality videos you produce boosts the chance of getting luck I guess [emoji3]

I've been stuck at under 1k subs for over a year now, I think my branding, thumbnails etc is ok.. but i'd love an outsiders opinion from someone because something clearly isn't working! Any suggestions would be very welcome :)
 
This is so true! I've only just started my channel about 2 weeks ago and know that my videos aren't very enticing to watch.

Does anyone else get a little embarrassed talking to the camera?!
I know I need to include more clips of me actually interacting with chatting to the camera as if I was talking to my friends but I just get a little anxious.

Any tips on vlogging? Would be great help!
