What would you say is the average number of subs gained for each non-subscriber view? It's pointless to count the views from subscribers since those views can't possibly turn into subscribers.

You misunderstood. I'm not disputing that 2,000 = 1 to 3 subs. I'm asking that if you changed it to comparing the number of views not from subscribers, instead of all views, what number of those views would equal 1 to 3 subs? I think that ratio would be of more use.
