Zoomin MCN August Payments?

We need to report to YouTube about this MCN.

Already sent an email to YouTube support regarding ZoominTV MCN breaking their own contract by not paying anyone for over a month. Also clarified that YouTube does in fact have rules to uphold regarding their MCNs, whether or not the contract is with youtube or not.

"Best practices for MCNs
All MCNs are responsible for providing value to their creators by following YouTube’s best practices, including:

  • Avoiding spammy, misleading language to recruit channels to join an MCN.
  • Clearly explaining in a contract the services and levels of support provided.
  • Acting in an honest and transparent way with respect to services offered and contractual obligations.
  • Onboarding and releasing channels in line with their contracts.
If an MCN doesn't adhere to these best practices, they may lose account features and monetization. If you believe that an MCN is not following YouTube’s policies"

I suggest anyone who can to complain about this to YouTube, make noise so something is done about it.

I made it clear in my email that by YouTube not doing anything when an MCN is very clearly abusing it's creators and not being responsive that they are in fact allowing a form of fraud and could be held accountable in a class action lawsuit. Use similar wording and ask for a real person reply. Don't let this discourage you and fight for the money that is yours.

Here's the email I sent to their Headquarters in Amsterdan after I contacted them via phone and was told to email them directly using this email on their website: servicedesk@zoomin.tv

"Over the past few months ZoominTV has failed to deliver YouTube Creators' payments on schedule per ZoominTV's own contractual obligations. Now most recently ZoominTV has failed to pay YouTube Creators for over a month and has repeatedly ignored requests for information on the matter and delayed response to requests of an estimated payment date.

Not only has this been extremely unprofessional, it has affected the financial security of partners who rely on this platform and steady ongoing payments to maintain their product or channel. Due to this we (myself and many others) are currently seeking Legal Action that can be taken against ZoominTV for their failure to deal with this issue in a way that is not damaging to it's YouTube Creators; and for lack of transparency with our money that is owed to us.

We have also taken steps to get in touch with YouTube staff directly and discuss upon the matter of ZoominTV breaking their Contractual obligations and that their ability to perform as a network on the YouTube video platform be revoked.

We also seek copies of our Official Contracts as the ZoominTV dashboard doesn't seem to allow us to get copies of them. All of this and your response we are documenting in the case that ZoominTV continues to withhold our payments much longer as we build a Legal Case against ZoominTV.

We patiently await ZoominTV's response as patiently as we have awaited our money being paid for over a month."

I have actually done all of this so it isn't a bluff. No company is allowed to play around with other people's money, and again I urge everyone to send them similar messages and put the scare on them before things come to worst and we have to force them to act.
