Zoomin MCN August Payments?

I have asked support about January payment. They said:

Hello,

The earnings from January will be visible and paid in the next following days, sorry for the delay.

It's almost January bank transfer time and we still didn'trecieve December.. I called them to all numbers I have, they all answer to write emails or they are not responsible for payments and again said to write emails...
 
I'm still waiting for my January payment for this month(paypal).
I send them a message through the dashboard support yesterday and they replied with this today:

Hello,

Payments have been delayed unfortunately. We are working on it and revenue will be paid out as soon as possible.

Apologies for the delay.

The sender was from Dave Felida.
Also haven't receive a payment statement for this month(January), that usually appears much earlier. I don't know what is going on.

I received same answer from same person.
 
Hi MCN are in trouble with Youtube new Policy. So Youtube sent a channel list to kick from the network to the MCN and they have to do this. So they kicked like +90% of youtube channels. And there is a gap in MCN revenue. So they hold on youtube revenue. Look my topic

I have channel connected to another network. There wasn't any delays or issues with payments after new YT policy. Zoomin has delays last 6 months. Channels that where kicked are less 1000 subscribers and make like 10 dollars per month..

I give you examples. Sociablade is a network which belongs to BBTV. They kicked a lot of youtube partners and fired many employees.

It's the same thing in other networks. I have friends which work with BBTV, BMV, freedom and they lost their jobs.
 
That still doesn't justify the fact that they aren't paying us. If I had to make a guess, the only reason as to why they're holding back our revenue is because they've most likely spent it in order to keep their company afloat (Zoomin lost a serious lawsuit around mid-2017, around the same time payment delays started happening) and are currently attempting to recoup their losses.

I'm glad I could disconnect my channel from them in December of last year in order to get my revenue directly from Google AdSense. Currently waiting on my last payment from them to arrive. If you are still with Zoomin, I'd recommend unlinking your channel from them ASAP. It's not likely they'll find a solution to whatever it is they're dealing with right now any time soon.
