Here are some ideas:
-Popular tourist destinations.
-Famous people in that country.
-Food and speciality dishes from that country.
- Laws and customs from that country
- Info about the language in that country.
My advice would be to imagine you were interested in going to Japan (or another country you don't know) and write down all the things you'd be interested in knowing before your trip.

Your country is doing pretty good and is very respected
by the United Nations.

the assassin creed game have some historic
relevance to current parts of the mild east).
