Do not go with any networks. Plenty of big YouTubers are just partnered via adsense and it's been fine for them. Why let some network skim off the top? But "pay on time"? Read the fine print when you join up. They might not even pay you out if you don't make enough. They'll hold it back in "fees" and you'll never see a dime.

I mean I just need a network to pay me on time, nothing else.

If you have a gaming channel than is 'curse' the perfect network
It pays you on time and good other stuff.
