Why did you start Youtube?

I started because I'm an angry little man with a point to prove. All success comes from mass inferiority, doesn't it?

I started my first ever YouTube channel because I was bored xD I had an original YouTube series on there (Mr Evil Hand Guy) which ran for One Season with a few collabs, but then the idea wore thin. Then I had other videos on there too. The channel was earning an average of £40/month, but I shut it down because of the fact that the channel was immature and wasn't really me anymore.

I messed around with a few ideas, before settling on this channel.

I created this channel when I injured my arm. I had my writing arm in a sling, and was unable to do anything except use the computer. I was watching BaracksDubs and thought "I wonder if anyone's made David Cameron sing yet?". I searched it, and nothing like BaracksDubs appeared.

And that is how Cameron Dubs was born!

(p.s. I know you're all dying for an autobiography after this haha :P)

I've started YouTube because I just wanted to make people smile, make them part of my kind of crazy life. I didn't start because of the possibility for money and fame( ofcourse those things are an awesome bonus :D but still). Yeah I am just thinking that someday people can say that I have made their day or things like that :D and I am hoping to get noticed already because I' ve started 2 mounts ago and still the only people visiting my channel are my friends :D

Simple question. Why did you start Youtube?
I personally started youtube because I was bored xD. Also because I wanted to be famous, get rich, have women throwing themselves at me. You know, the usual thing you think about when you start your first ever channel! But that mindset was a channel ago, and I feel pretty good about the stuff I have learnt during my time on Youtube!
Like editing videos! And being awesome!
Anyway, why did you start Youtube?

I started mainly because my brother wanted to do Minecraft videos, this channel was then made because of my love for helping people as well as just technology in general. I was also greatly inspired by Jon from Technobuffalo and how far he went from his first video to his new videos and his awesome company and office :D.

I started making video to become YouTube famous, but I just saw another thread that told me to stop trying that.

Well since I was little I would love to record my video games on VHS ( yep there is a full gameplay of me playing Jak and Daxter on a VHS, five hours of gaming lol) and well I saw on youtube people doing let's play and then I found Rooster Teeth and some others (the obvious pewdiepie) and I decided to give it a shot, at first it was hard and I had some ex friends that would put me down like " You will never achieve anything" or "I will do it better than you I have all the graphics and everything" sooo yeah but I ignore it and my best friend Ura encourage me as well and I started uploading gaming videos with my mind set that someone will watch my videos and be able to go through a part they were stuck or actually laugh and I could make there day better. :3

Well, my first video went up onto Youtube to promote my local gaming club. After completing that video I was like "I like doing this". So i began making videos in my spare time. I only began getting really serious around September last year :-)

I was bored, I had been watching YouTube for a while so I thought why not? And I uploaded my first video on the 28th of May 2013 on my phone with terrible sound quality, lighting and picture quality but then I got a real camera and eventually lights and I still love it although my videos are very different than I first imagined, I wouldn't change it.
