Why can't I add channel art?

I click "add channel art", I asks me to log in then I'm greeted with:
"There was an error!
Details:
The feature you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
Does anyone know why this happens and how I can get around it?View attachment 35832

I had this issue to start with. All i did was log in then go to channel art. If you are not logged in when you click it sometimes it just goes straight to error. can you upload thumbnails etc?

I was already logged in, for some reason it makes me log in again. I can upload thumbnails just fine, it's only channel art that I have a problem with.

been looking ar this and i cant see why u cant. this may seem wierd but try doing it in a private browser
