What types of things do you say in a channel trailer?

I want to make an updated channel trailer, but don't know what to say. I want to actually tell about me as well as the channel. What type of things should I say? What types of things did you say in your channel trailer?
 
You can talk about yourself, upload schedule, dedication, and just any other things you would like to include personally!
 
Your name, What kind of content do you do? What time you upload by, what days you upload by? "Don't forget to hit that subscribe button?"

Its really completely up to you. I wrote mine out and voiced-over'ed for my channel trailer just because I grabbed a lot of other footage of different videos.
 
All I said in mine was essentially to subscribe or else. It's less than 10 seconds. No idea how many people have subscribed because of it.
 
I'd just do a brief introduction in the video telling viewers why they should subscribe to your channel and what to expect in your videos and when to expect them
