What long does monitization review takes lately? Mine is under review for 1 month+

I’ve been asking around all those who met the requirements by 30th June but got the ‘further review’ message. None has received further feedback nor monetized. I think ‘further review’ is bad omen. Brace yourself for reapplying in 30 days after they reject your application.
