What kind of Video Camera should i use?

Honestly, you don't have to invest a ton if you are starting out as a new vlogger. Even filming with a camera phone like with an IPhone will give you a clear picture.
 
I'd really suggest using your phone and saving a bit more (if, of course, you have a camera that's quite decent...like an iphone). I would then buy a DSLR, something like a Canon T5I. Which is my preferred camera. Because the screen turns around. And, you can buy and edit that camera to fit. Of course, this is more what I suggest for vlogging. I've also heard amazing things about cameras that are more compact, or more action prone like gopros
