What has YouTube done for you?

its made my acting better and gotten my self esteem up since i first started. Not to mention its brought creativity to insanely new levels.also my editing.

It taught me that I really like making videos (more like reminding me). I've also learned how to not be so weird infront of a camera laso lol. I guess thats it though xD.

It gave me a background in editing, directing, writing, and overall camera working. Some of these things I wanted to learn for a very long time, so through YouTube, it gives me a place to display work as I progress my knowledge.

I need to learn how to relax a bit more in front of the camera. I always start out tense but by the end of the video I'm more relaxed. Gotta find a way to start that way.

Yeah it's quite a comfortable setting and experience for me since i've been watching youtube since 2006 and i know how i want my videos to come out and i've done a lot of videos for my high school and the whole freaking school watching them and liking them so that helped my confidence a ton, It's just something i enjoy a lot now and I never want to stop :D.

Youtube has done a ton for me. It helped me perfect my voice acting, allowed me to find a outlet where I can just be my stupid self and has allowed me to make a little extra income which is hard to come by as a disable army veteran. Overall its been a great experience!

YouTube is basically my memory holder. When I'm old and my brain gives out I'll be able to go back and watch my videos and be proud of what I actually accomplished in life. Instead of telling my grandkids/kids all these long boring life stories, I can just pull up a video and show them what I did.

YouTube has been amazing to me so far. I'd say my favorite part has been the people I've met. Also just all little perks that come with being a YouTuber. As for confidence oh yeah. I'm naturally a very shy person, but on YT I'm playing a character of sorts. Makes it easier to open up which has been a key to success so far.

Also being able to help people out is f'ing awesome. To be able to make someone's day by giving them a shout out is priceless. You know if I just think about all this when I am tired, the grind will be a lot easier to deal and I'll post more videos. Nice topic!
