What has YouTube done for you?

I've gotten to share creations with the world. It's great to be able to make people smile, laugh, learn something or get inspired, all over the world. I mean, imagine it. As you Youtuber, you can reach out to and brighten the day of thousands, hundred thousands and millions of people :D

I've also developed some increasingly better media production skills, presentation awareness, understanding of entertainment and networking. Running a growing Youtube channel gives a feeling of accomplishment. I've gotten in contact with several cool people and made some friends. I haven't been as active as I wish I could be, but still has managed to grow some thousands of subs. Hopefully the number picks up exponentially as I continue with other kinda vids.

And of course som minor pocket change.
 
YouTube managed to get me some hate yesterday. I know that's to be expected but it's the first time it has happened to me. I guess if nobody hates you then you are doing something wrong, am I right?

That's absolutely right though ^^ Some content is not gonna be as well recieved by all viewers. They key is to just make the kinda videos that you'd like to watch, and have fun making them. Then you grow an audience of people like yourself. \o/
