What are the YouTube copyright rules for pictures?

Oh OK right man I got ya but certain media such as games media has to use copyrighted content for instances such as game critique, you can't have a video of a game you are critisising and not show gameplay, certain content has to use copyrighted material and aslong as you fall into fair use then there is no problem with using copyrighted content. Ok man I was talking more about the poster who was trying to say how much you could use before you get caught by the Content ID system rather than the originator of the thread. And yes, I agree that Gaming content by its very type must use some copyrighted content; also that Fair Use is indeed a tricky area.
