i am not having a go at you chill out. your questions started off like that. if you had just said "anything i can do to improve" then my answer would be different, you made it out like you were at your wits end.

sigh. and as i said in my original post. you have had some great feedback here. so was coming at it from a different angle. don't ask for feedback if your going to get angry at those trying to help. i won't bug you any more. i'll go and try and help people who actually want it

I think you have the majority of things right. More content and more networking and things should grow. I think alot of people don't subscribe to smaller youtubers unless they personally get to know them. Using twitter or even regularly commenting on other channels and building friendships and community will draw people to your videos once they get to know you. Then when your subs get higher people subs because they will see you are popular. Hope this helps.
